This is Dave Denniston, and welcome to the latest three-on-three mission finding finances in the month of June. Well, as you guys know, I love to talk about resources. And one of the best resources, is our books.
And so I recently picked back up this book, “The IRS Problem Solver, by Daniel Pilla. And in this book there’s some really awesome info. About how to deal with audits.
As we all know, the government, can be sooooo, god darn in-efficient. There has got to be better ways to deal with it? So, in this book, Mr. Pilla talked about correction of it.
On this page, it’s page 23, he talked about the exact process of having a challenge. There’s also a template. So he gives a template right here. So, you can do it yourself.
Now of course it’s called, “Action” here, contact me to do this and that. Other things that he has in here is, proving that you filed? So, second thing, huge thing in here is?
How to make sure you have filed your documents correctly, and how to prove it, If the IRS asks you? So, be sure to do that out of the book. And then the other big thing, was, how to, how does the IRS select for audit?
The part of the Turbo Tax is a cool idea. It helps to read about it, so you know what that is? That’s on page 127. About how they do it? So, those are three big things that I got from this book. It again, is by
