Every so often we hear from one of our listeners who has a guest suggestion. After I do some vetting, I may or may not invite them to be a guest on the show.

This book was super-short, but also very helpful. It was enough information for me to start note investing on my own. It convinced me on top of the referral that this was a very good person to be a guest on the show.
In all honesty, I don’t really need a new shiny object right now with my compressed schedule. However, this business model is very intriguing, but it definitely reminded me a lot of the land business as you’ll discover in this interview.
For the right physician, this could be an amazing side hustle to supplement their day gig.
Martin discussed a lot about his new fund and I kept on trying to steer him back to the business owner side of things, but it was still a very good interview that I hope will inspire you.
